What is a Blog?
A blog is an article of at least 300 words published as part of a website. This blog is published on the legalnoodle.com website. In WordPress a blog is called a post. A post is published as part of a webpage. This post is part of the legalnoodle.com home page. A good way to understand this is to think of all webpages as “About” pages and all posts as “News” pages. I just now made this up myself. By writing this post I am teaching myself these distinctions. I tried to learn the difference between posts and pages in a book but I never really got it until I had been blogging a few years.
What is LegalNoodle?
This blog you are reading is the transformation of a legal secretarial service blog I started a few years ago. I no longer to legal secretarial work so I re-tooled this site into a higher consciousness website. I write about kundalini yoga and my life in Palm Springs. The purpose of this article is to try and be a little creative. I am trying to create a new blogging genre the way Truman Capote invented the true crime novel. This is the true transformation blogging practice. I am transforming my life right before your eyes and mine right here in this blog.
This morning I had a feeling of seeing my feminine other half. I am spending long periods of time meditating and practicing keeping my identity in Christ Consciousness. My body is exceptionally well tuned from walking and practicing kundalini yoga. I am in a higher stream of consciousness that compels me to create this blogs.
I cannot stress the importance of breathing enough. Simply inhaling deeply and becoming a juicy breather has radically changed my life. I write about breathing a lot in these blogs. My seventy-five year old sexologist went to a Reichian therapist last year and was told that he was not breathing deeply. In other words my teacher was told by his teacher that he is not breathing correctly. I figure that is one thing that I can do perfectly and that is breath correctly.
The Body is the Brain
Taking good care of my body is helping my brain. When I breath I can feel it in my brain and entire body. My feet and legs have an incredible feeling of well being from my breathing practice. My health today at age 59 is better than ever thanks to breathing, diet, and exercise in the form ow walking, yoga, and tantric sex.
