What type of daily lifestyle will I live when I am done with four days a week of Kundalini yoga practice and teacher training? I have no desire to become a yoga teacher per se. It is important for me to have an alternative lifestyle handy at all times.
For five years Kundalini yoga teacher training was just an idea. Then when I finally burned out on Palm Springs two months ago, I had a Kundalini plan of action all ready to implement. The question is what alternative lifestyle do I plan for now, in order to immediately implement it when I am burned out on the daily rigors of leveraging my unlimited monthly membership at Yoga West. What I am doing with yoga right now is very time intensive and fairly expensive. The yoga intensive lifestyle I have just now settled into can only last for another year to eighteen months before I become burned out on yoga and stop practicing. I am writing this blog to remind myself not to burn out on yoga. I need to keep yoga steady and measured for the rest of my life.
Blogging is becoming as much a part of my daily ritual as yoga. Blogging has become a meditative state of consciousness for me. I’m using this blog a tool of personal consciousness transformation.
Research, discovery and investigation are the professional tools that connect me to the world. Now those skills have become synerzed by my blogging skills. I have become interconnected to everyone and dependent upon no one. Blogging is communicating with my world by publishing everything I think, say, and do. As a result of this blog I am talking less in daily life because blogging is providing me with emotional and social gratification. Blogging is delivering total product on a daily basis.
