mission statement

Who knew that delivering messages to C:/ inside an encrypted insurance company server could be so  complicated?

Dean McAdams is a blogger and professional meditator born in Los Angeles who hangs out at Yoga West in Beverly Hills and the Bay Clubs at King Harbor & the Howard Hughes Center.  .

Dean dropped out of music school to complete his B.A. Degree in the requisite seven years at Mike Curb College of Arts, Media, and Communication. After receiving a Certificate from UCLA Extension Paralegal Studies, Dean dropped out of law school to begin his internship as an insurance company messenger. It’s complicated.

Since April 2014 he has been healing the intense postherpetic neuralgia pain on the upper right side of his body resulting from shingles.
On December 26, 2014, while working in Philadelphia, Dean suffered a near fatal heart attack and underwent emergency triple bypass open heart surgery.

In October 2017 Dean dropped out of Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level I. This blog is all about tuning in, turning on and dropping out the old-fashioned way, meditation . . .
