Fake UCLA Architect and Palm Springs Councilperson J.R. Roberts is an excellent example of homosexual manipulation of the real estate market. Using style, Hollywood hyperbole, personal charisma and outright lies, gay people jacked-up the price of real estate by convincing their friends to cash out of the Bay Area and buy huge homes in the desert.
Most of the smart money has since downsized. Even Councilman Roberts is using homosexual manipulation to flip his so-called historical home and unload it on the next gay sucker for a cool $4.2 million. Isn’t it a conflict of interest for an elected public official to be promoting his personal residence as a proposed state historical landmark site? Conflict of interest, unclean hands and homosexual manipulation are rampant in the lawless California desert.
Palm Springs Malaise
First the desert got severely wounded by the crash of 2008, and then the crooked gay politicians and developers finished the job by killing downtown development with bribery and corruption. Downtown Palm Springs is a disgusting mess of stolen public money that will sit like a dusty, festering sore for years and years to come.
The desert has a huge homeless problem that JR and the elitists refuse to do anything about. The crime per capita is the same in PS as it is in LA. The rents in most of the desert are really not that cheap anymore. More and more people from LA move to the downtrodden desert and the rents have gone up. Prices at hotels, motels, sex resorts, bath houses and brothels have all gone way up.
Palm Springs Is No Big Deal Anymore
Hipper, more progressive cities like Palm Desert have more to offer than fascist Palm Springs. The late PS Mayor and Congressperson Sonny Bono killed free fun in the desert forty years ago when he outlawed thong bikinis on college girls celebrating spring break on Palm Canyon Drive. Then Sonny killed himself by breaking the rules, skiing out of bounds and smacking into a tree. Egomanics, rule breakers and gay con men abound in the desert.
Palm Springs Wake Up Call
The people of PS have been getting ripped off by municipal government for decades and it is time to rise up against the carpetbagging oppressors. The Cahuilla Indians have an oppositional presence, why aren’t the Agua Calliente’s speaking out about the public corruption in downtown PS?
