Practice With Wild Abandon!


Are you a heavy breather? I am. Breathing deeply is very important to living a deep live. As children we are often taught to hold things in. We also learn to hold our breath. When we hold our breath we are often holding onto childhood pain and trauma. Let it out. Expel that which no longer serves you. I have been influenced by great men who themselves still do not let things out properly when they should just expel it all out. Proper breath is taught in yoga and Core Energetics

Sometimes when I am breathing deeply, audibly, and properly people will ask me: “Are you alright?”  When we are young we are often taught to be quiet and invisible. Instead our parents might lovingly suggest: “Breath more than you talk, listen more than you talk.” Breathing deeply is important for growing children.


Lung Capacity As Consciousness Capacity


Your breath is a reflection of your consciousness. Your breath capacity is your consciousness capacity. When I breath I am living. It is important to use a mnemonic device. Mnemonic devices are techniques a person can use to help them improve their ability to remember something. In other words, it’s a memory technique to help your brain better encode and recall important information. For example I tell myself that at every red light I am going to inhale deeply. Then every time I stop at a red light I will remember to to this. 


Change Your Breath, Change Your Consciousness


Consciousness transformation begins with the breath. By writing this rather slap dash 4:00 a.m. article on breathing I am remembering to breath deeply myself.


Change Your Breathing, Change Your Body 


By practicing deep pranayama breathing I have actually increased the size of my penis. Pranayama is the control and extension of the breath which awakens Prana (life force energy). Practicing the way you inhale and exhale can help you manipulate your vital energy to successfully activate or soothe your mood. 

The next time you are in yoga class inhale and exhale audibly  like the teacher tells you to. I did. Start doing everything that yoga and health teachers tell you to do. 

Developing a personal breathing practice has increased the quality of all of my bodily functions. I have an incredible sense of well being in my feet and shin bones from breathing properly. The duration and intensity of my orgasm has increased tremendously.
