This Tattoo Looks So Bad I Had To Kill Myself Over It-Sorry For Not Leaving a Suicide Note

Suicidal Civilization

Perhaps the practice of regular meditation can help to prevent some of the spontaneous suicidal tendencies afflicting many celebrities today. Lately the only sounds that pleasure me are rain and white noise on YouTube during meditation. My ability to tolerate exposure to cultural suicide icons in the mass media is decreasing as my time spent meditating in solitude is increasing.

First I could no longer listen to more than three hard rock songs in a row and now most pop vocal music sounds too distracting to my meditated mind. Movies are so violent I can barely watch them anymore. Mass media looks and sounds like cultural suicide to me these days. Lately even classical music and jazz are too much and so I just put on artificial rain and I am happy.

I’m Only Happy When It Rains

In trying to figure out why so many celebrities impulsively jump up onto a chairs and hang themselves I may have come up with something. As an ex-musician with a film degree in my opinion popular culture makes pop people miserable. Tony Bourdain committed suicide because he became depressed after eating too much of his own garbage.

John Cusack as Rob Gordon in High Fidelity:

People worry about kids playing with guns, or watching violent videos, that some sort of culture of violence will take them over.

Nobody worries about kids listening to thousands, literally thousands of songs about heartbreak, rejection, pain, misery and loss. Did I listen to pop music because I was miserable? OR WAS I MISERABLE BECAUSE I LISTENED TO POP MUSIC?

Cultural Suicide By Tattoo Ink

In what has been described as an impulsive act, 61 year-old celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain jumped up and hung himself in his hotel room. He was on location for the hit cutting-edge travelogue he hosts on CNN. The man was a success who could have done anything he wanted to in life and he chose to kill himself without leaving a suicide note.

Bourdain is a self-described recovering heroin addict and does not believe in God. In my opinion Mr. Bourdain was overloaded by his own tribal customs. Anthony Bourdain died of cultural suicide by too much hipness and an overdose of tattoo ink.

The Sound of a Suicidal Cultural

This idea just now came to me with “Black Hole Sun” by Soundgarden droning drearily on my YouTube playlist as I did my breakfast dishes. I selected this dark song a few weeks ago trying to figure out why rock star Chris Cornell would hang himself at age 52. Just now listening to his singing I now know the answer. That Cornell kid gave himself depression. Our culture is suicidal. So turn off the suicidal cultural noise, close your eyes and put on some white noise. That’s my solution.

Escape From La Raza

Raza means race in Spanish. Tony Bourdain was a great champion of the rights of Spanish speaking peoples. When I was a kid I told my mom I didn’t want to be raised as a pinata thrashing beaner. My mother was Mexican but she didn’t want to be raised as a Mexican either. Therefore my mother and I had this one great ambition in common. We became fake white people.

Escape From Labels

To label yourself is to insult God by limiting yourself. Thanks to the loving Grace of God I feel as if I have totally escaped from all culture no matter what the color or orientation. I have even escaped all notions of gay, straight, bisexual, transgender, etc. There is only God Consciousness to the extent that you can experience this. Most people regret getting tattoos but I have never heard of anyone regretting God’s love. So please don’t commit cultural suicide by overdosing on your own trendy ink job like Tony Bourdain and Chris Cornell did.
