The Riverside County Superior Court Public Access website is a complete waste of time unless you want to pay $1.00. At this early stage of the Jeffrey Cowan proceedings, you will only find free criminal information on the Riverside County Sheriff Website.
After Cowan is sentenced, it will definitely be worth paying $1.00 to obtain the disposition of his case. The public access website only provides free calendaring information that may not be up to date.
You can only find free criminal information on the public access screen if you are a law enforcement officer with an operator code and a password.
The Public Access website is only good for post-sentencing information that is well worth the price
When you click on “Name search” or “Search by Case Number” you go to this screen:
How do you find free criminal information?
Find your free inmate information on the Official Website for the Riverside County Sheriff, California.
The only free information on the Riverside County Superior Court Public Access site is calendaring info. But you have to know your inmate’s department number. Even if you know that your criminal defendant is in the Indio Larson Justice Center, you still have to enter each department number. You only be able to search for the next seven days. Jeff Cowan Goldhammer does not appear anywhere on the calendar
There is nothing on calendar for Jeffrey Cowan either on the 15th or the 16th of July 2021. This can only be bad news for Defendant Cowan. He has probably gotten into more trouble. Jeff cannot stand to be alone with Jeff. He has to have an acquaintance, roommate or the general public to infect himself upon.
If you Google Jeffrey Cowan’s Case Number INM 200 3558 all that indexes is his past court calendar dates from May 2021:
I searched every department in all thirty courts in Riverside County and there is nothing on calendar for defendant Jeffrey Cowan Goldhammer. I get off on searching for information and there is nothing that indicates confirmation of Jeff’s next court appearance of July 15, 2021. Defendant Cowan may have fouled up so bad that a new court date further out had to be set.
