California Penal Code 166(C)1: (1) Disorderly, contemptuous, or insolent behavior committed during the sitting of a court of justice, in the immediate view and presence of the court, and directly tending to interrupt its proceedings or to impair the respect due to its authority. This is a misdemeanor that carries a penalty of up to 6 months in jail.

California Penal Code 273.6(A): Violation of Court Order – California Penal Code §273.6(a) makes it illegal to violate any “protective order” as defined under one of five sections of state law. Failure to follow the terms of a protective order can result in arrest and prosecution. The crime is punishable by: imprisonment in the county jail for up to one year, and/or a maximum fine of $1,000.

California Penal Code 166(A)4: this occurs when you willfully failed to follow court orders or willful failure to swear in as a witness or answer questions without a legal exemption. Certain violations carry penalties which are specified in the Penal Code: Pursuant to PC 166 (b), if you violate PC 166 (a)(4) by contacting a victim who you have previously been found guilty of stalking, you can face a sentence in county jail of up to 364 days and a fine of $5,000.

California Penal Code 242: Battery is defined as “any willful and unlawful use of force or violence upon the person of another.” It is important to note that an individual may be charged with battery even if there is no injury. A simple “unwanted or offensive touching of another” is a sufficient degree of behavior upon which a prosecutor can base a charge of battery under the law. Battery is a misdemeanor that carries a maximum sentence of up to 6 months in county jail and a fine of up to $2000.00.

California Penal Code 314(1): Indecent Exposure

In California, the crime of Indecent Exposure occurs when a person exposes his or her naked body or genitals in front of anyone who could be annoyed or offended by it. While most people think it only happens in public, Indecent Exposure can happen in just about any environment. The exposure, however, must be willful and lewd.

Penalties for Indecent Exposure vary. A first conviction will likely result in a Misdemeanor sentence of six months in a county jail and/or a fine of up to one-thousand dollars. A second offense will be treated as a Felony and could result in a State prison term. If you’re convicted of Felony Indecent Exposure you must register as sex offenders for a minimum of ten years.

Victims of Jeffrey Cowan are celebrating!

There are celebrations in California, Arizona and Nevada because law abiding citizens are elated that mean spirited Jeffrey R Cowan is in jail. Defendant Cowan is facing six different charges for violating court orders. While incarcerated Cowan picked up a charge for battery. He pulled the hair of a fellow inmate during an altercation. Then in true Jeff Cowan style, he exposed himself to a Deputy Sheriff. Now Defendant Jeffrey Cowan is facing a total of eight charges and the possibility of one year in jail and thousands of dollars in fines.

It is doubtful that cheapskate Cowan is paying for a private attorney but if he is that would probably cost him over $20,000. Knowing Jeff Goldhammer is probably scamming the system for a public defender. Which will serve him right because a public defender will just pro forma walk him through the system with no meaningful defense to try and reduce his jail time.

Hopefully cowardly Cowan will keep breaking the law in jail and stay locked up in perpetuity. Forever! Can I get an Amen? I sleep better than I already did knowing that Jeff is in Jail. So do a lot of other good people. Just take a look at Cowan’s Facebook profile. Decent men are saying that if feels so good that Jeff has been in jail for two months.

Vile and obnoxious Jeffrey R Cowan was arrested on May 23, 2021 and his next court date in the Riverside County Superior Court is July 21, 2021. Defendant Cowan has been charged with multiple violations of a restraining order. While in lockup he picked up additional charges for battery and indecent exposure. He is facing the possibility of serving one year in the Robert Presley Detention Center on Orange Street in Riverside, California. Many innocent victims of this reprehensible character are celebrating. I myself am beside myself with karmic happiness. In 2017 this unbelievable creep stole my Nissan Sentra, my laptop computer, television and other valuable personal items. I hope that he keeps on getting more and more charges added. When he is finally released he will be more of a drooling idiot than he already is.

Cowan loves suing people who stand up to his bullshit–Now Jeff is getting what he deserves. Whoever Paul Alvarez is, I AM ON PAUL’S SIDE!
