On November 15, 2016 I received this cease and desist letter stating that John Herriot has “consulted” with an attorney regarding my constitutional right to freely express my public opinion.  The letter does not represent that Herriot is a “client” of the law firm.

This rather shabby letter appears to be intentionally misleading legal information and/or incompetent legal analysis proffered as intimidation and harassment by Herriot in my opinion. Here read the letter for yourself:
