Throbbing Gristle

Malibu Healing Heart

My miraculous Malibu healing began on January 21, 2004 at Milestones Ranch Malibu.  Milestones mainly operates from two large single family residences located on Calamigos Ranch. Malibu has always been a part of my life. I spent the afternooon and now the evening at Pt. Dume State Park.  Malibu healing has always been a big part of my life.

Malibu Healing Yoga

I took my first yoga classes at Milestones and Malibu Gym. Prior to that I only practiced on my own using books and video. In those early decades I was not practicing real yoga breathing, so my yoga was fake! Now disciplined breathing is the foundation of my practice. Real yoga is breathing.  Kundalini breath of fire has transformed my life.  I feel opened up and finally gaining some control over my gorilla mind. My primate penis is being disciplined by my Malibu healing heart.

Healing Heart

I have finally dropped the rock of despair I was subconsciously toting about for decades. I started smiling more a few years ago and now I intentionally grin a lot.  My heart is lighter and softer now. Dr. Allen was a major part of my healing.  I was really sick when I was hanging around with that lecherous old genius.  Now I would rather be alone at 8:00 pm on this dark and deserted beach in the middle of nowhere than hanging out with my old gay friends.

It’s so relaxing being healed and no longer desperate for sex and social validation. Too bad the brisk onshore is chilling this westward facing beach. It is 64 degrees so if the wind wasn’t blowing it would be warm enough to beat-off on this huge dark deserted beach.

What kind of people would I hang out with if I could hang out with whoever I want?

Probably guys. The more I learn about women from Yogi Bhajan the less energy I have for women.  I would like to find some positive male energy. That is why I will go to the 8:30 am Kundalini class this Saturday at Yoga West, the teacher is Jagatpal Singh, a man.
