No Federal Satisfaction of Judgment in Pacer for any McGucken case
The law states that there must be a satisfaction of judgment filed with the court so that the judgment debtor can prove that he paid the debt and credit reporting agencies will also have this vital information. There has been no federal satisfaction of judgment filed in any of Elliot McGucken’s forty or so copyright infringement lawsuits in United States District Court.
