Does Repressed Homosexuality Cause the Emotional Pain of Alcoholism? YES

Repressed Homosexuality in Alcoholics Anonymous

Many men drink to transmute the energy of their repressed homosexuality. There is a certain Friday night men’s meeting in Los Angeles where I first discovered this fact. Ostensibly the man to man banter is joking but it is really very eroticly charged.  Men at this meeting enabled me to see my own repressed homosexuality twenty years ago. AA meetings helped me to come out to myself and experience the last ten years as totally gay. It was a good experience and now I can say about gay: “Been there, done that.”

Repressed Homosexuality in AA Gurus

My home meeting is run by an AA “shake-and-bake messiah” who has a slight touch of repressed homosexuality. Some guys have it bad and some guys have it medium cool. If I was a guy I would want to have sex with me. My androgynous body looks good. I am learning to work my body better on the repressed gay men who cross my path. I have to learn to keep things liturgical and priestly now for I am the body of Christ.

Yesterday at lunch this woman that tries to taunt me emotionally about being bisexual was wearing shorts and a skimpy top. Shoshana the little Jewish princess was a saint in that ridiculous teeny bopper get-up.  Sexual repression comes in as many different forms as sexual expression.

Sexual energy is the healthy primal force that powers all of life. If you are a teenager with questions about sexuality always remember that only you can decide what is right for you. Take a moment to quiet your mind into baseline consciousness with the infinite mind of the universe. At the end of the day there really is no gay or straight only pure conscious energy. Just call me “gay for pay . . . “
