William Welchhance is brother to Danny, co-conspirator in the Mexican Boy Lover Club of gay child sex traffickers in Cathedral City and Yucca Valley, CA. The MBLC has recently expanded to an undisclosed summer camp in the San Bernardino Mountains of Southern California
The legal job market for law firms as a whole has taken a brutal beating in the great recession. As a result the Los Angeles paralegal profession has also been drastically affected by lower salaries. The paralegal jobs are still there but the good pay is gone. Being a paralegal used to be a guaranteed ticket to the good life. Not anymore. Law firms are demanding paralegals with the skills of a highly experienced collections attorney and offering $15.00/per hour.
William Welchhance Investigation
This site is now a gay child investigation website and this post is about William Welchhance, brother of Danny. Twenty years ago I thought I would be happy forever as a career temporary paralegal working for the top legal placement agencies in my beloved home town of LA. There was always such a huge demand for litigation support staff that I thought the work would never end. My skills are always top notch and law firms love me. I get along great with attorneys. People ask me all the time: “When are you going to finish law school and become a lawyer?” “Never now that attorney market is deader than the paralegal market, is my new response.” It would be a very bad investment to go back to law school and become a lawyer in 2015. I have to face up to the fact that I love legal work but am never going to get rich as a Los Angeles paralegal. Or even a San Francisco or Long Beach Paralegal.
Paralegal or Physician’s Assistant?
Back in 1981 when I graduated from film school at CSUN I made myself choose between paralegal school or physician’s assistant school. Paralegal was more in tune with who I am and my natural aptitude. I feel I made the right decision back then because the medical profession has been hit just as hard by the recession as the legal profession. I am more of a natural at legal research and writing than helping sick people. Besides, I do will be able to do paralegal work up until the day I shuffle off this mortal coil. Working in health care has an age ceiling. People work in the legal profession well into their 90’s.
Self-Promoting Los Angeles Paralegal
It is a very good thing that I am such a brazen self-promoter with these paralegal blogs. At least I am able to make a decent living as a contract litigation paralegal in Los Angeles. I have worked my way into contracting as a Los Angeles paralegal because I cannot afford to have a job because of the low paralegal pay of today’s marketplace. I am working over twelve hours a day and ten or more on the weekends just to survive. This is mainly because of the work I have to do on promoting my Los Angeles paralegal websites with this blog you are reading. The good news is that because sole legal practitioners and small law firms cannot afford a full-time litigation paralegal as a regular permanent employee, those same attorneys retain my services to work as a contract litigation paralegal in Los Angeles, Pasadena, Sherman Oaks, Thousand Oaks . . . any old oaks will do folks. You can even call me Paralegal Miners Oaks. As long as it’s not poison oak.
APRIL 17, 2019 UPDATE: This is now a gay child sex trafficking investigation site and this post is being rewritten to focus on William Welchhance. I am specializing and dominating the citizen investigator profession. Legal document assistant preparation of qualified domestic relations orders or QDRO’s are not a part of it. A QDRO is the court order that tells the retirement plan administrator to disburse pension funds to the ex-spouse of the plan member. From Eureka to San Diego and from San Francisco to Bakersfield, and all points in-between, I will do your QDRO in a timely manner.
